Celebrate 20 years of rich history and liberty and be a part of the Oceanside Independence Day Parade happening on June 29, 2013 from 10:00 in the morning onwards from Wisconsin Avenue to Civic Center Drive. The parade features floats, bands, walking groups, cool cars and much more.
Per the City of Oceanside and the San Diego County Sheriff Department, no throwing, distributing, tossing, or handing out items to the crowd along the parade route (including candy, pamphlets, flyers, and brochures) or do anything to entice spectators from the curbside. Failure to comply will result in the IMMEDIATE disqualification of your entry.
Those who wish to be more than just spectators to this year’s event can volunteer as Street Marshalls for the Independence Day Parade. Marshalls will assist parade entrants line up prior to the parade and will accompany the units along the parade route.
