Everyone is invited to be part of the Getting a Seat at the Table: Building Influence by Leading from Where You Are Workshop on Monday, June 2, 2014. The event will be from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon at the Servant Leader Institute Training Center at 1959 Palomar Oaks Way, Suite 100, Carlsbad, California.
Topics to be discussed are defining influence in your present role and increasing your effectiveness, applying a proven six-step model to increase influences, identifying and problem-solving implementation challenges, assessing three current relationships where greater influence can be of mutual benefit, and leaving with an action plan that can be applied immediately.
Participants will get to enjoy a networking and continental breakfast.
