The WSA is one of the oldest associations for amateur surfers in the United States. This non-profit company was started in California in 1961 to preserve and promote surfing as a sport for family fun and surfing competitions. We’re looking for young surfers that would like to get qualified for world team competitions and U.S. and western coast championships. This event is being sponsored by WSA and the Parks & Rec. division of Oceanside, CA.
The Western Surfing Association Championship Tour competition takes place on Saturday, the 12th of March, from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Sunday, the 13th of March, from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. The competition will take place in Oceanside at Jetty Beach in the South Harbor.
