Everyone is invited to participate at the Employment Law Seminar happening on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning. The seminar will be held at the Chamber Offices, 5934 Priestly Drive, Carlsbad, California.
Participants will get to know about the new laws coming in 2015. Attendees will get to know whether they have to have an arbitration with employees, what the arbitration should say, what are the dangers in regulating employees usage of social media, learning the new rules for Anti-Bullying training, knowing why the use of mobile phones is the newest area for employee class actions, and being knowledgeable regarding the preparation for mandatory sick leave beginning July 1 among others.
Admission fees for Chamber members are at $30 while prospective members are at $60.
