Did you know that plastic waste has been found at the bottom of the ocean? Don’t wait until our water all turn dirty and unsafe, you can start helping out now! All are invited to attend the beach cleanups held the first Saturday of the month at the Oceanside Pier from 9am-11am.
Participants should meet along the north side of the Pier. Cleanup supplies will be provided, but please bring your own reusable bag, bucket and working gloved if you have them. Pre-registration is only required for groups of 25 or more people. The monthly beach cleanups are facilitated by Surfrider San Diego.
