The Mira Costa College will be presenting the film “Blood Wedding” on various schedules at the Mira Costa Theater located at 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside, CA.
Visit the theater on the following screening dates and times: November 14 at 7:30PM; November 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23 at 7:30PM; and November 17, 23, and 24 at 2:00PM.
The film centers on three hearts that are tangled within a wedding and a family feud. This is a tragic love story set in Spain and poetically displays the depth of emotion that the protagonists have for each other. Vivid imagery is summoned through the poetic language used by Federico Garcia Lorca.
The presentation is directed by Eric Bishop with the translations made by Lilian Groag.
General admission is at $15 while seniors and staff of the college only get to pay $12. Students can avail of the special discount where they will have to pay just $10 each.
Since November 14 is the preview night of the movie, all seats will be priced at only $10 per head.
